Rental Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of one day's stay for a nightly reservation or $300 for a one week booking is required to hold room reservations.
- Cancellation Policy is 30 days before your stay begins.
- Out of consideration to other guests, we cannot allow pets during July and August.
- Ask about our weekly rates and other group specials.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS- We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation outside of 30 days of your stay than you would receive a refund less a $35 administration fee. If you cancel within the 30 day period than you would lose your deposit paid for the reservation.
