BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS - To make a booking and to reserve any cottages, chalets, or condos at the Resort, we require a deposit of the first nights booking cost, before we can hold a unit for any guests. For one week bookings or more we require at least 3 days deposit to reserve a unit for you. Please read the cancellation policy below before making a resort booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY - We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation in writing or by email, 30 days or more before your stay , then you would receive a refund less a $35 administration fee. If you cancel within the 30 day period, then you would forfeit your deposit paid for your reservation made and no refund would be provided.
If you choose to cancell your reservation after your 30 days before your stay, than please contact the resort and we will try to rerent your unit for you. If we are successfull in rerenting your unit for you than there would be a $35 cancellation fee. Although If we cann't rerent your unit for you than you would be responsible for the full cost of the rental that you had booked and reserved in advance.
I would highly recommend that you make your booking at a time when you know for sure, that you are coming to Wasaga Beach.
We must have a cancellation policy that we follow very closely as the Resort is only open in the summer months, so we have to pay our 12 month a year bills, with only 4 months of income.

*We have a strict policy of no refunds. We offer absolutely no refunds, under any circumstances, unless your rental can be rerented for the same amount of money that you paid for that unit. *
